Waiting for Their Turn
Some dogs find their families quickly. Others just need a little more time. These special pups have been with Milo's longer than most and are still waiting for someone to see just how much love they have to give.

Rosie
Adult German Shepherd Mix
Good with dogs • House-trained • Compatibility with kids and cats is unknown
Rosie is one of our longest-stay pups, and we think she’s waited long enough. She was adopted once, but when her family had to move, she was returned through no fault of her own. Now she’s waiting to be chosen again, this time for good. She’s a gentle, loving girl who asks for very little: a cozy spot, some ear scratches, and someone to love. Rosie is looking for a foster, foster-to-adopt, or forever home. Sometimes forever starts with simply giving a dog a chance

Luca

Adult • Shar Pei Mix
House-trained • Dog-friendly
Luca is a handsome, loyal boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s playful, adventurous, affectionate, and always ready to make you laugh with his silly antics and zoomies. But Luca has a sweet side too. After the fun is over, he loves nothing more than curling up with his people for scratches and affection.
Luca is ready for a family to call his own and someone to share all those adventures, laughs, and cuddles with. Could Luca be the one you’ve been waiting for?
